Shipping & Return Policy
DUE TO THE HIGH VOLUME OF ORDERS DURING THIS TIME, ORDERS CONTAINING COFFEE MAY TAKE LONGER TO PROCESS DUE TO INVENTORY (NO MORE THAN A COUPLE OF DAYS). WE WANT TO DELIVER THE FRESHEST BAGS OF COFFEE; THEREFORE, SOME FLAVORS MAY HAVE LIMITED STOCK ON HAND AT THE TIME OF ORDER. THANK YOU FOR YOUR UNDERSTANDING.
Shipping: Orders typically ship within 24 to 72 hours. Some items may ship separately, at no additional cost, due to inventory. Free shipping is automatically applied to the cart when a $50 (or more) order is placed.
NOTE: We are NOT responsible if the package is not delivered in the guaranteed shipping times as it may take 1-2 business days to process the order and we cannot be held liable for USPS or UPS guarantees. If the item is not delivered in time, please contact USPS (1-800-ASK-USPS) or UPS (1 (800) 742-5877). We will NOT refund additional shipping charges if USPS or UPS fails to meet their guaranteed shipping times.
Returns: At this time we do not offer exchanges or returns for non-damaged or correct product orders. If your product has arrived to you damaged or with the incorrect items, please contact us within 48 hours of your order being delivered. Damaged orders will be handled on a case by case basis.
NOTE: An order that has been shipped cannot be cancelled or refunded. If you refuse an order, it will then fall under our standard return policy.
