Shipping & Return Policy
Shipping: Orders typically ship within 2 to 3 business days. Some items may ship separately due to arrangements with suppliers.
Processing times may be longer during sales and holidays.
NOTE: We are NOT responsible if the package is not delivered in the guaranteed shipping times as it may take 2-3 business days to process the order and we cannot be held liable for USPS or UPS guarantees. If the item is not delivered in time, please contact USPS (1-800-ASK-USPS) or UPS (1 (800) 742-5877). We will NOT refund additional shipping charges if USPS or UPS fails to meet their guaranteed shipping times.
Returns: At this time we do not offer exchanges or returns for non-damaged or correct product orders. If your product has arrived to you damaged or with the incorrect items, please contact us within 48 hours of your order being delivered. Damaged orders will be handled on a case by case basis.
NOTE: An order that has been shipped cannot be cancelled or refunded. If you refuse an order, it will then fall under our standard return policy
